  • First is the budget tile this shows the budget for a particular facility and category. You can switch through all categories and facilities that your user has access to, you can also switch between a regular budget and PPD. Remember this is dependent on the budget or ppd being set up in your system.

  • Orders Pending Approval: This will show all orders that are currently requiring your attention in the approval process

  • Purchase Order Not Sent: This will show you any POs that had issues when sending to the vendor. Both integrated and non-integrated POs will display here if there was an issue when sending.

  • Orders stuck: This will show any orders that have been awaiting orders for a significant amount of time. (this is managed by the user).

  • (Invoicing customers only) Invoices for Review: shows the count of invoices that are in the review status.

  • (Invoicing customers only) Pending Invoices: This displays all invoices that are currently awaiting your approval.

  • (Invoicing customers only) Pending Batches: This displays a count of batches currently prepped for exportation but have not been exported yet./

  • Order Guides: Quick access to a list of all order guides you have access to in your system.

All tiles will bring you to the corresponding screen if you would like to see more.

Please note, as stated before these tiles are user rights controlled, so only the relevant ones will display for your users.

The tiles accessible offered on this screen will continue to grow, as well as customization options in the future. For now, we covered the important details and Metrics our users might need on a day to day basis.
