Hosted Catalog

A Hosted Catalog is one where the vendor’s data is uploaded into the Procurement Partners system for your shopping convenience! It offers your leadership team an opportunity to modify and curate the catalog when needed, and even set helpful notes and reminders about specific items.

Note: You may see some overlap between your Hosted Catalogs and those available in Vendor Direct. If a vendor is available in both places, this typically means you can shop with that vendor via either choice. If you have any questions about your specific configuration, check with your leadership team.

Hosted Catalogs are broken into three sections: Browse, Search (both Quick and Advanced versions), and Order Entry. Select the section you’d like to explore further below:
