We have added quick access functionality to view your PDF invoices right from the pending approval screen! This feature is great to get a quick look at any PDF document that might be associated with an invoice in your system.
**Please note this is only for the invoices that are coming in as PDF documents from the vendor. For invoices received through integrations, you can click on the invoice number at any time to view the auto-generated invoice for that particular order.
To access this new feature, first, start on the pending approval screen:
Once there, choose any invoice/PO combo from a PDF integrated vendor, and check for the PDF symbol on the right side by the matching status:
Once located, please click on the new icon to open the quick view panel.
This will now open a new window on the right side of the page showing you the PDF document for that specific invoice.
